Sde Nitzan is a mixed agricultural moshav in expansion, with population of app. 70 families.
Economically, each family is an independent unit. There are local moshav taxes that cover the overall activity of the moshav and the community.
The residents celebrate the holidays together, when each holiday is in charge of a specific event and responsible for organization of the activity at that holiday (these work teams change every two years).
